Refund Policy
Consultation Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: January 01, 2025
Thank you for booking a consultation with Studio D-Sign (Sun Scorpion LLC)
To ensure availability and provide the highest level of service, the following policy applies to all consultations.
Consultation Fee
A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for either:
● A full refund, or
● A one-time complimentary rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.
Any credit card processing fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation by Studio D-sign
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose either:
● A full refund, or
● A new appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Technical Issues
If an online consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.
